KIA Motors SP Concept

Kia SP2i will be produced at the company’s 536-acre manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and the trial production is already underway.
 
The full-fledged production at the Anantapur facility will start in the second half of 2019 and approximately 3 lakh units will be produced every year, according to the company.

The sketches reveal the exteriors of the Kia SP Concept-based upcoming compact SUV. Kia SP2i will feature a bold front fascia with the company’s world-famous Tiger nose grille, LED headlamps extending over the radiator grille. 

 

The headlamps feature a 3-D light graphic and diamond pattern at their trailing edges. Below the grille, there is the air dam flanked by LED fog lamp housings on either side. The hood is long with a strong character line on the front bumper.

Kia Motors’ first showroom has also come up in India and it is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Based on the company’s “Red Cube” concept’, it boasts of a 6,000 sq ft area catering to sales and display.
