These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, mobile application
(“app”), and services. By accessing, using, or subscribing to our services, you agree to abide

Definitions
● “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Redx Networking Solutions Pvt Ltd, registered at 22-
25/3-G1, Nehru Nagar, Nandigama, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, 521185.
● “You,” “Your,” “User,” “Subscriber,” “Visitor”: Refers to any natural or legal
person accessing our website, app, or services.

General Terms
● The content, design, layout, graphics, and materials available on the website and app
are owned or licensed by Redx and are protected by intellectual property laws.
● Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of website/app content is
strictly prohibited.
● Links to third-party websites provided on our platforms are for informational
purposes. Redx does not endorse or assume responsibility for such third-party
content.
● You may not create a link to our website without obtaining prior written consent from
Redx.

Service Use Terms

Subscriber Obligations
● Eligibility:
○ You must be legally eligible and capable of entering into binding agreements
to use Redx’s services.
○ Subscribers must obtain any required licenses, permissions, or clearances to
access internet services.

● Compliance:
○ Subscribers must comply with the rules, regulations, and laws of India,
including but not limited to:
■ Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
■ Indian Wireless Act, 1933.
■ TRAI Act, 1997.

○ Illegal use of the internet for objectionable or anti-national activities is
prohibited.
● Network Diagram:
○ Commercial users must provide and display a network diagram at their
premises and update Redx about any changes.

● Timely Payments:
○ Subscription fees must be paid before the due date to avoid service
disruption.

● Equipment Responsibility:
○ Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the equipment provided by Redx,
including ONT/Router/Android Box. Upon service termination, equipment
must be returned in proper condition.

Prohibited Activities

Subscribers must not:
● Use Redx’s IP addresses or services for spamming, call termination, network
tampering, or unauthorized activities.
● Redistribute Redx’s internet services to other users without written authorization.
● Modify or tamper with the hardware/software provided by Redx or use unauthorized
devices.
Service Availability and Support
● Redx guarantees 95% uptime, subject to force majeure events and physical network
conditions. Network availability is measured from the subscriber’s node to Redx’s
router port.
● Field support is available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For issues outside these
hours, contact our customer care.
Privacy and Data Security
● Subscribers must provide valid identification and address proof during registration
(e.g., Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License).
● Redx respects your privacy and processes personal data in compliance with the
Information Technology Act, 2000.
● Subscribers must ensure their devices are secure and free from malicious software.
Liability and Indemnification
● Redx is not liable for:
○ Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, power outages, or other
uncontrollable factors.

○ Loss or corruption of data, profits, or revenue arising from service use or

misuse.

● Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring the lawful use of services and
equipment.

Statutory Compliance

Subscribers must:
● Refrain from transmitting or hosting objectionable, obscene, or unauthorized content.
● Avoid activities that compromise the security of Redx’s network or infrastructure.
● Comply with inspections or technical scrutiny by government-authorized agencies.
Failure to adhere to these compliance requirements may result in immediate service
disconnection and legal consequences.

Refund and Cancellation Policy


Redx Networking Solutions Pvt Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction and follows a
liberal cancellation policy:


Cancellations:
○ Redx provides prepaid services, and refunds or cancellations are not allowed
once payment is processed.
Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items:
○ Damaged or defective items such as routers must be reported to our
Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
○ Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification by the merchant.
Quality Concerns:
○ If you believe the product does not meet expectations, you must report this to
Customer Service within 7 days.
○ The Customer Service Team will assess your complaint and make an
appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty:
○ For products with manufacturer warranties, complaints must be directed to
the manufacturer.
Refund Processing:
○ Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 days to the original payment
method.
Prepaid Services:
○ Refunds or cancellations are not allowed for prepaid services, except in cases
of non-feasibility.


Force Majeure

● Redx is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

○ Natural disasters, strikes, riots, or governmental actions.
○ Failures in communication lines, power supplies, or network infrastructure.
● Obligations under these Terms are suspended during force majeure events and will
resume once conditions stabilize.
Termination of Services
● Redx may terminate services immediately if:
○ Subscribers engage in illegal activities or violate Indian laws.
○ Subscription payments are not received before the due date.
○ Unauthorized modifications are made to the provided equipment or network.

Subscribers must provide written notice for service disconnection and obtain
acknowledgment from Redx.

Customer Support

● For service-related issues, interruptions, or complaints, subscribers must contact
Redx’s customer care.
● Subscribers should frequently visit https://redx.in to verify service updates or
announcements.
Jurisdiction
● All disputes arising out of these Terms or service agreements are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Amendments to Terms
● Redx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Subscribers are bound to
adhere to the updated Terms published on the website or app.
